Vi forhandler Volkswagen og CUPRA samt er autoriseret Audi, Skoda og SEAT Servicepartner. Derfor søger vi en profil, der motiveres af at levere en god oplevelse for kunden og bevare overblikket i en travl og dynamisk hverdag.

Om jobbet

Som servicerådgiver bliver du det vigtige bindeled mellem kunderne og værkstedet. Du får en central rolle i at sikre, at vores kunder får en professionel og tryg oplevelse, fra første kontakt til bilen er afleveret igen.

Dine arbejdsopgaver vil blandt andet være:

  • Modtagelse og rådgivning af værkstedskunder
  • Planlægning og koordinering af værkstedsbesøg
  • Udarbejdelse af tilbud og fakturering
  • Opfølgning på servicesager og kundetilfredshed
  • Tæt samarbejde med teknikere og reservedelslager
  • Sikre høj kvalitet og god kundeservice i en travl hverdag

Vi forestiller os, at du:

  • Har erfaring med kundekontakt – gerne fra bilbranchen eller et teknisk erhverv
  • Trives i en travl hverdag og har let ved at bevare overblikket
  • Er udadvendt, serviceminded og god til at kommunikere med forskellige typer mennesker
  • Har teknisk interesse og kendskab til biler og værkstedsdrift
  • Er tryg ved IT og systemer – kendskab til Autocore er en fordel
