  • Adapt daily treatment assignments based on fluctuating inpatient census and outpatient patient volumes.
  • Provide care to patients ranging from high-school-aged adolescents to geriatric patients.
  • Observe and document patient responses to treatment, including functional progress, tolerance, and changes in condition.
  • Communicate patient progress, treatment concerns, and recommended adjustments to the supervising Physical Therapist.
  • Educate patients and caregivers regarding prescribed home exercise programs, mobility techniques, post-surgical precautions, and injury prevention strategies.
  • Assist patients with gait training, transfer techniques, balance activities, and appropriate use of assistive devices.
  • Collaborate with Physical Therapists, physicians, nursing staff, and other rehabilitation professionals to coordinate patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely treatment documentation, patient progress notes, and clinical records using Cerner EMR.
  • Follow established treatment protocols, infection prevention practices, patient safety standards, and applicable Texas healthcare regulations.

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
