  • Treat patients across a broad age range, from high-school-aged adolescents to geriatric patients.
  • Monitor patient progress, reassess functional outcomes, and modify treatment plans to support continued rehabilitation goals.
  • Educate patients and caregivers regarding therapeutic exercises, mobility techniques, post-surgical precautions, injury prevention, and home exercise programs.
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, rehabilitation professionals, and other healthcare team members to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning and discharge coordination for inpatient rehabilitation patients.
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient evaluations, treatment documentation, progress notes, and discharge summaries using Cerner EMR.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
