  • Prepare, organize, and manage surgical instruments, implants, and supplies appropriate for each procedure.
  • Pull surgical cases, set up operating rooms, and perform terminal cleaning following procedures in preparation for subsequent cases.
  • Assist with room turnovers, instrument organization, and maintaining operating room readiness without a dedicated turnover or environmental services team.
  • Float to the Sterile Processing Department (SPD) as needed to assist with putting away instruments and supporting departmental workflows.
  • Participate in surgical counts, instrument management, and procedural documentation in accordance with organizational standards.
  • Support both adult and pediatric surgical cases based on assigned specialty and patient needs.
  • Maintain efficient surgical workflows while supporting a high-volume operating room environment.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
