Job Description:

QA Automation será responsável por desenvolver, manter e evoluir automações de teste que garantam a qualidade, estabilidade e performance dos produtos de software da Nextpower. Atuará em estreita colaboração com os times de Desenvolvimento, QA Analyst, System Analyst e Tech Manager, participando de todo o ciclo de vida do produto — desde o planejamento até o deploy.

Terá papel essencial na integração de testes automatizados aos pipelines de CI/CD, assegurando que cada release seja validada de forma contínua e eficiente, contribuindo diretamente para a qualidade e confiabilidade das soluções da empresa.

Funções Principais:

· Desenvolver e manter scripts de automação de testes funcionais, regressão e APIs;

· Criar e manter frameworks de automação com foco em reuso, escalabilidade e cobertura;

· Apoiar o planejamento de testes e definição de critérios de aceitação junto ao QA Analyst e PO Analyst;

· Executar testes automatizados integrados aos pipelines de CI/CD (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions);

· Participar das cerimônias ágeis do time (daily, planning, refinamento, review e retro);

· Garantir a rastreabilidade dos testes e defeitos nas ferramentas de gestão (Azure DevOps, Jira, etc.);

· Validar integrações entre APIs, microsserviços e bancos de dados;

· Contribuir com o time no diagnóstico e correção de falhas detectadas nos testes automatizados;

· Colaborar com desenvolvedores e analistas de QA na melhoria contínua da qualidade e dos processos de teste;

· Apoiar a evolução técnica do pipeline de testes, propondo melhorias de automação e performance.

Qualificações Requeridas:

· Formação superior completa em Engenharia de Software, Ciência da Computação, Sistemas de Informação ou áreas correlatas;

· Mínimo de 4 anos de experiência comprovada com automação de testes;

· Experiência prática com Selenium, Cypress, Playwright ou equivalentes;

· Conhecimento sólido em testes de APIs REST (Postman, RestAssured ou similares);

· Domínio em linguagens de programação ou scripts (Python, JavaScript, Java, ou equivalente);

· Vivência em integração contínua e pipelines de CI/CD (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions);

· Conhecimento de versionamento de código (Git) e boas práticas de reuso e documentação;

· Experiência com ambientes ágeis (Scrum, Kanban) e colaboração multidisciplinar;

· Inglês intermediário.

· Boa comunicação, atenção a detalhes e foco em resultados.

Desejável:

· Experiência em testes de performance e carga (JMeter, Gatling, K6 ou equivalentes);

· Familiaridade com containers e ambientes cloud (Docker, AWS, Azure);

· Conhecimento em BDD/TDD (Cucumber, Behave);

· Certificação em testes (ex.: ISTQB Foundation ou Agile Tester);
