Deine Aufgaben

In dieser Rolle verbindest Du Umweltrecht, Projektsteuerung, Behördenkommunikation und die fachlich fundierte Prüfung externer Unterlagen und Gutachten – mit besonderem Fokus auf Bahnprojekte. Dabei besteht die Möglichkeit auf Bauvorhaben in anderen Infrastrukturprojekten wie z.B. Freileitungen und Erneuerbare Energien.

  • Steuerung und Koordination von Genehmigungs- und Umweltthemen in Infrastrukturprojekten
  • Planung, Nachverfolgung und Sicherstellung genehmigungsrelevanter Prozesse und Termine
  • Prüfung externer Unterlagen, Gutachten und Genehmigungsbeiträge
  • Steuerung von Genehmigungsverfahren sowie Überwachung von Auflagen und Nebenbestimmungen
  • Durchführung von Risikoanalysen und Entwicklung geeigneter Gegenmaßnahmen
  • Abstimmung mit Behörden, Trägern öffentlicher Belange und weiteren Projektbeteiligten
  • Unterstützung der Projektleitung bei Projektsteuerungs- und Managementaufgaben
  • Entwicklung pragmatischer und rechtssicherer Lösungsansätze für genehmigungsrelevante Fragestellungen
  • Erstellung von Berichten, Präsentationen und Entscheidungsvorlagen

Dein Profil

  • Du hast ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium, z. B. in Umweltplanung Landschaftsökologie, Geografie, Biologie, Umweltingenieurwesen, Bauingenieurwesen oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Du hast mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im Genehmigungsmanagement, Umweltmanagement oder in der Projektsteuerung von Infrastrukturprojekten
  • Du hast Kenntnisse in relevanten umwelt- und genehmigungsrechtlichen Verfahren sowie den dazugehörigen gesetzlichen Grundlagen
  • Du hast Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Behörden und weiteren Stakeholdern
  • Du besitzt ausgeprägte Organisations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Du verfügst über eine strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Du hast einen sicheren Umgang mit gängigen Office-Anwendungen
  • Du bist bereit, im Rahmen von Projekten innerhalb Deutschlands zu reisen
