Du willst verstehen, wie das Teil des Kunden funktioniert und warum es Probleme macht - nicht nur, welches Werkzeug passt. Du probierst neue Werkzeuge und Wege aus, auch wenn sie noch nicht etabliert sind, und arbeitest dich selbstständig ein. Du wartest nicht auf Aufträge, sondern siehst, was ansteht, und gehst es an. Dann komm in unseren technischen Vertrieb - dorthin, wo aus dem, was ein Kunde erzählt, eine Lösung im Elastomer-Spritzguss wird.

DEINE ROLLE:

* Technische Konzepte und Lösungsvorschläge für internationale Kundenprojekte entwickeln

* Anfragen bewerten und Entscheidungen treffen

* Kalkulieren und Angebote bauen, die den Anwendungsfall des Kunden treffen

* Lastenhefte und technische Unterlagen prüfen und kommentiert zurückgeben

* Standards und technische Baukästen aufbauen, mit denen unser Vertrieb weltweit arbeitet

* Unseren Außendienst technisch stärken - er bringt den Kunden, du die Lösung

* Vorgelagerte Analysen wie DFM und Machbarkeitsbewertung als eigene Leistung etablieren

DU BRINGST MIT:

* Erfahrung im Werkzeugbau, Spritzguss, Sondermaschinen- oder Anlagenbau

* Technisches Verständnis für Konstruktion, Kalkulation und Fertigungsprozesse

* Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Freude daran, Dinge einfacher zu machen

* Fundierte Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
