Für unser Finance-Team suchen wir eine technisch affine, detailorientierte Persönlichkeit. Du arbeitest direkt mit dem CFO zusammen und übernimmst Verantwortung für die interne Buchhaltung der Nexus Group und ihrer Gesellschaften.

Du sorgst für eine korrekte und fristgerechte Buchführung – von Kreditoren und Debitoren über Zahlungsverkehr und Kontenabstimmungen bis zu Abschlüssen und Meldungen. Gleichzeitig analysierst du bestehende Abläufe und entwickelst Buchhaltungs- und Administrationsprozesse mit KI und modernen Tools weiter. Ziel ist es, repetitive Arbeiten möglichst weitgehend zu automatisieren und die Qualität automatisierter Prozesse zuverlässig sicherzustellen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Führung der laufenden internen Buchhaltung
  • Verantwortung für Kreditoren, Debitoren, Hauptbuch und Zahlungsverkehr
  • Kontenabstimmungen sowie Prüfung und Kontrolle von Buchungen
  • Mitarbeit bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen, Konsolidierung und Konzernrechnung
  • Erstellung von MWST-, Quellensteuer- und Verrechnungssteuermeldungen
  • Automatisierung und Weiterentwicklung von Buchhaltungsprozessen
  • Review automatisierter Buchungen, Reports und Auswertungen

Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium mit betriebswirtschaftlichem Hintergrund
  • Interesse oder erste Erfahrung in Buchhaltung und Rechnungswesen
  • Hohe technische Affinität und sicherer Umgang mit KI-Tools
  • Strukturierte, selbstständige und sehr genaue Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

Von Vorteil: Kenntnisse des Schweizer Rechnungswesens nach OR, Erfahrung mit Buchhaltungssystemen, Excel, Power BI, Power Automate oder vergleichbaren Tools.
