Zu Deinen Aufgaben gehören

  • Detaillierte Konzeption durchgängiger, branchenspezifischer Kundenprozesse
  • Abstimmung der Kundenanforderungen und Koordination aller notwendigen Aktivitäten
  • Projekt- und Teilprojektleitungen beideutschsprachigen Energieversorgern
  • Identifikation und Entwicklung von Optionen zur Schließung von Lücken im SAP Standard-Portfolio
  • Analyse und zielorientierte Weiterentwicklung der Prozesse für Energieversorger
  • Übernahme von Steuerungsaufgaben für Teilprojekte und Fachstreams
  • Mentor und Coach für unsere Consultants
  • Entwicklung von Anforderungskonzepten, sowie Steuerung und Koordinationderen Umsetzung. Durchführung von Kunden-Workshops und Schulungen
  • Mitarbeit im Team an Projekten, z.B. bei der Digitalisierung, Standardisierung, Optimierung komplexer Prozesse und der Einführung neuer SAP-zentrierter Plattformen

Dein Profil

Dein Profil

  • ‍Studienabschluss im Bereich (Wirtschafts)-Informatik oder Betriebswirtschaft oder vergleichbar
  • Umfassende Kenntnisse der Energiewirtschafts-Branche
  • Langjährige und relevante Beratungserfahrung im SAP-Bereich für die Energiewirtschaft
  • Spezialisierung auf bestimmte Themenschwerpunkte der SAP-Lösungen fürdie Energiewirtschaft, insbesondere in Bereichen wie Marktkommunikation, Energiedatenmanagement, Abrechnung oder Prozesse des Kundenmanagements
  • Kenntnisse in der Softwareentwicklung mit Fokus auf individuelle Kundenanforderungen
  • Erfahrungen mit den Prozessen der Energieversorger und/oder mehrjährige Kenntnisse in der Einführung und Weiterentwicklung von energiewirtschaftlichen SAP-Systemen
  • Souveräne Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
  • Programmierkenntnisse in einer objektorientierten Programmiersprache (z. B. ABAP OO oder JAVA) sind von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung im (IT-)Projektmanagement, sowohl klassisch als auch agil
  • Deutschkenntnisse auf muttersprachlichem Niveau
  • Erfahrungen in (SAP-) Daten-Migrationsprojekten sind wünschenswert
