About the Role

Are you fluent in German and passionate about helping customers? We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Athens! This role offers the flexibility to work on-site or remotely anywhere within Greece.

📍 Location: Athens, Greece (On-site or Remote within Greece)

📅 Start Date: ASAP

🕒 Work Schedule:

  • 40 hours per week (8 hours per day, 5 days a week)

Key Responsibilities

✅ Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

✅ Provide technical troubleshooting and problem-solving support.

✅ Maintain policy compliance and ensure excellent customer service.

✅ Adapt communication styles based on customer needs.

✅ Document and escalate complex cases as needed.
