Nous recrutons des francophones (aucune autre langue requise à part un niveau B2 en anglais) pour un rôle en service client avec possibilité de vivre n’importe où en Grèce — même à Santorin, Mykonos ou toute autre île paradisiaque 🌊☀️

  • 📌 Poste : Représentant Service Client (Français)
  • 🚀 Date de début : Dès que possible
  • 📍 Lieu : Grèce (liberté totale sur l'île choisie)
  • 🕒 Horaires : Lundi - Dimanche, 8h par jour / 40h par semaine
  • 🎯 Bonus de performance : Jusqu'à 10%

📌 Responsabilités principales :

  • Répondre aux demandes des clients (téléphone, e-mail, chat)
  • Fournir des informations produits, résoudre les problèmes techniques
  • Offrir une expérience client de qualité
  • Assurer le suivi et l’escalade des demandes si nécessaire

🧠 Profil recherché :

  • 🇫🇷 Langues : Français C1/C2 + Anglais B2 minimum
  • 🧩 Compétences : Excellente communication et résolution de problèmes
  • 🪪 Documents : Passeport européen (Visa non pris en charge)
  • 🎓 Expérience : Un plus si vous avez déjà travaillé en service client, mais ce n’est pas obligatoire
