Job Overview

We are looking for a reliable Office and Admin Assistant to manage our day-to-day office operations and oversee our weekly jewelry inventory. This role requires strong organizational skills, high trustworthiness, and a flexible attitude to handle various office tasks.

Daily Office Duties

Answer phone calls, manage emails, and handle general inquiries.

Keep the office, meeting spaces, and staff areas tidy and organized.

Monitor and restock office supplies, stationery, and kitchen essentials.

Run local errands and handle ad-hoc administrative tasks to support the team.

Weekly Inventory Duties

Conduct a thorough physical count of all jewelry stock once a week.

Update the internal system with accurate stock levels and logs.

Check for and report any discrepancies between physical stock and system records.

Requirements

Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers.

High level of integrity and trustworthiness when working around high-value items.

Proficiency with basic office software and spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets).
