ELECTRICAL WORKFORCE OPPORTUNITIES AT SELLAFIELD

We’re always looking for talented electrical workers to join our award-winning Engineering division.  

 

As part of our continued involvement in the UK’s nuclear sector, we are looking for experienced Electricians, Approved Electricians, Chargehands and Supervisors to join our workforce and support the delivery of this nationally significant project.   If you are interested in joining NG Bailey at Sellafield and would like to be considered for current or future opportunities, please click here to register your interest.  

Direct PAYE employment with industry-leading rates of pay in accordance with the NAECI. This is a long-term employment opportunity NAECI 2026 Advanced Craft Rate (Approved Electrician) including Sellafield IBA = £25.82 p/hr 38-hour working week over four days, Monday to Thursday Mid-Week and Weekend Overtime opportunities available NAECI Accommodation Allowance = £53.39 p/night (weekly = £373.73) All terms and conditions holidays, travel fares, periodic leave etc. in accordance with NAECI Engineering Workforce Forum, with the opportunity to discuss and hear company updates Industry leading welfare and benefits including Private Medical Insurance Employee app with real-time access to payslips, holiday information, and company news Career development and progression opportunities NG Bailey Employee Assistance Programme, providing confidential support when you need it
