OTHER REQUIREMENTS ● Strong mechanical troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills. ● Advanced knowledge of safety protocols and environmental compliance requirements. ● Strong organizational and time‑management abilities with the ability to work independently. ● Ability to work independently in outdoor and remote field conditions. ● High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training in mechanical or industrial maintenance preferred. ● 6+ years of experience in natural gas compression. ● Strong understanding of natural gas compression systems, production facility maintenance, and gas lift operations. ● Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and preventative maintenance schedules. ● Proficient in the use of hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic instruments. ● Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to remote locations as required.

PHYSICAL AND MENTAL DEMANDS ● Ability to work in physically demanding field environments, including standing, walking, climbing, bending, and lifting equipment and tools. ● Ability to lift, carry, and handle tools and components weighing up to approximately 50 pounds. ● Ability to work for extended periods in outdoor conditions, including heat, cold, and inclement weather. ● Ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and system problems requiring analytical thinking and sound judgment. ● Ability to maintain focus, accuracy, and safety awareness in high‑risk, fast‑paced operational environments. WORK CONDITIONS AND ENVIRONMENT ● Primarily field‑based role supporting compression and production sites in remote and industrial locations. ● Exposure to noise, rotating equipment, pressurized systems, gas, chemicals, and other industrial hazards. ● Personal protective equipment (PPE) required at all times when working in operational environments. ● Travel to customer locations required, including extended drives and occasional overnight stays. ● Work schedules may include nights, weekends, holidays, overtime, and on‑call rotations.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
