You will run the room, consult with homeowners, present multi-tiered solutions using our proven customer option frameworks, and flat-out close.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hunt and Close: Ruthlessly pursue leads, engage prospective customers, and convert opportunities into closed deals.
  • Execute On-Site Consultations: Conduct high-impact site visits and evaluations, delivering accurate, compelling quotes and recommendations.
  • Build Your Empire: Develop and aggressively maintain client relationships, ensuring rapid follow-up and master-level execution throughout the sales lifecycle.
  • Educate and Elevate: Guide customers through the absolute best-value solutions for their home comfort needs.
  • Crush Quotas: Consistently shatter sales targets while keeping customer satisfaction through the roof.
  • Team Synergy: Collaborate seamlessly with our elite installation and service teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Stay Sharp: Master industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive positioning to stay miles ahead of the competition.

Requirements

Requirements

  • The "Shark" Mentality: Proven experience in sales with a relentless drive, high energy, and a track record of crushing goals. (HVAC or home services experience is a massive plus!)
  • Technical Acumen: A solid grasp of HVAC systems, or the raw intelligence and hunger to learn them fast.
  • Master Communicator: Exceptional interpersonal and verbal skills that command respect and inspire customer confidence.
  • Self-Motivated & Organized: An independent powerhouse who manages time like a pro and thrives under high-performance expectations.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable utilizing CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or sales is a bonus.
