Hos NHC har vi de seneste år oplevet markant vækst, og interessen for vores løsninger fortsætter med at stige. Derfor udvider vi nu vores ServiceDesk med endnu en kollega.

Du bliver en del af et erfarent team af IT-Supportere og IT-konsulenter, som hver dag hjælper virksomheder med at få deres IT til at fungere. Hverdagen er alsidig, tempoet er højt, og ingen dage er helt ens. Til gengæld får du stor indflydelse på din egen udvikling og mulighed for at arbejde med nogle af markedets førende teknologier fra blandt andet Microsoft, Veeam, Dell, HP og Zyxel.

Hvad kommer du til at arbejde med?

  • 1-2 level Helpdesk opgaver via. Telefon, E-mail og fjernsupport
  • Support og fejlfinding onsite hos kunder.
  • Rådgivning og sparring med kunder om deres IT-løsninger.
  • Håndtering af incidents på NHC’s driftsplatform.
  • Klargøring af pc’er samt installation og opsætning af software.
  • Sikre en god og professionel kundeoplevelse i den daglige support.
  • Samarbejde med kolleger i ServiceDesk om både daglige og mere komplekse opgaver.

Din hverdag vil variere mellem opgaver i vores ServiceDesk og onsite-support hos kunder

Hvem er du?

  • Du har erfaring som IT-Supporter.
  • Du arbejder selvstændigt og trives samtidig med at samarbejde i et team.
  • Du er struktureret, ansvarsbevidst og serviceminded.
  • Du er nysgerrig på nye teknologier og sætter dig hurtigt ind i nye løsninger.
  • Du har erfaring med Microsoft 365.
  • Du har fokus på kunden og motiveres af at finde den rette løsning.
  • Relevante IT-certificeringer er en fordel, men ikke et krav.
