Job Description:

This internship offers an excellent opportunity to learn the full recruitment lifecycle, develop stakeholder management skills, and gain practical exposure to Talent Acquisition and HR operations.

Responsibilities:

During the internship, you will gain practical exposure to:

 Scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates and hiring managers.  Maintaining and updating recruitment trackers and recruitment records.  Assisting with CV screening and shortlisting for junior-level roles within the Oracle recruitment system.  Supporting pre-offer and post-offer recruitment administration.  Assisting with onboarding-related activities where required.  Providing administrative support throughout the recruitment process.  Learning and supporting end-to-end Talent Acquisition processes.  Building professional relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and key stakeholders.  Ensuring recruitment records and candidate information are maintained accurately and confidentially.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must have completed a qualification in one of the following fields:  Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in:  Human Resources Management  Business Administration  Psychology  Industrial Psychology  Or a related field

Experience  Recent graduate or final-year student seeking practical Human Resources or Talent Acquisition experience.

Skills and Competencies

Successful candidates should demonstrate:  Strong administrative and organisational skills.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  High level of attention to detail.  Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).  Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.  Strong willingness to learn and develop within Talent Acquisition and HR.  Positive attitude, professionalism, and strong work ethic
