Już dziś jesteśmy jednym z liderów rynku, a naszym celem jest stworzenie największej firmy food e-commerce w Europie Środkowo-Wschodniej. Ta droga prowadzi przez produkt. Nasza aplikacja i strona są miejscem, do którego klienci wracają z przyjemnością. Zamówienie ma zająć chwilę, a każda kolejna wizyta ma być lepsza od poprzedniej. Platforma ma rosnąć razem z nami, wejść na nowe rynki i objąć nowe kategorie. Szukamy kogoś, kto chce przy tym być od środka. Ta osoba będzie podejmować decyzje, które naprawdę ruszają wynik firmy, i weźmie za nie odpowiedzialność. Jeśli marzysz o produkcie, którego skalę widać w liczbach, a nie tylko w backlogu, porozmawiajmy.

Aktualnie do zespołu poszukujemy osoby na stanowisko Product Managera.

Odpowiedzialności:

  • Wynik produktu: odpowiadasz za to, jak aplikacja i strona przekładają się na sprzedaż, retencję i lojalność klientów.
  • Kierunek rozwoju: tworzysz roadmapę opartą na strategii NTFY, danych i potrzebach klientów, a potem decydujesz, co robimy najpierw, a czego nie robimy wcale.
  • Rozwój platformy: definiujesz wymagania, wybierasz rozwiązania i pracujesz z zespołem developerskim oraz partnerami, od pomysłu do wdrożenia i oceny efektów.
  • Ścieżka klienta: szukasz miejsc, w których klient się zatrzymuje albo rezygnuje, i usuwasz je tak, żeby zakup był coraz prostszy.
  • Eksperymenty: stawiasz hipotezy, testujesz je w A/B i decydujesz na podstawie wyników, a nie opinii.
  • Głos klienta: feedback, NPS i dane z użycia produktu to twój codzienny materiał do pracy.
  • Most między zespołami: łączysz biznes, technologię, marketing i obsługę klienta wokół wspólnego celu.

Kogo szukamy?

  • Masz minimum 7 lat doświadczenia jako Product Manager lub Product Owner w e-commerce albo SaaS.
  • Masz na koncie produkt, którego wynik potrafisz pokazać w liczbach.
  • Decydujesz na podstawie danych, znasz GA4, Firebase i Hotjar i umiesz zaplanować oraz przeczytać test A/B.
  • Dobrze współpracujesz z UX/UI i developerami, także w rozproszonym zespole.
  • Sam inicjujesz zmiany i nie czekasz, aż ktoś przyniesie ci gotową listę zadań.
  • Chcesz budować coś dużego i odpowiadać za to osobiście.
