The posting

Analista Fiscal Júnior

Realizar as rotinas operacionais de apuração de tributos e cumprimento de obrigações acessórias, com precisão, tempestividade e aderência à legislação vigente, sob supervisão da Coordenação.

Atividades:

  • Apurar mensalmente ICMS (incluindo ICMS sobre serviços de comunicação), PIS e COFINS, ISS (quando aplicável) e demais tributos.
  • Elaborar e transmitir obrigações acessórias de rotina: EFD ICMS/IPI, EFD Contribuições, DCTF/DCTFWeb.
  • Emitir, conferir e validar notas fiscais de serviços de telecomunicação (NFSC/NFCOM) e demais documentos fiscais, verificando CFOP, CST/CSOSN e alíquotas aplicáveis.
  • Conciliar mensalmente as contas contábeis de tributos a recolher e a recuperar com os valores apurados e escriturados.
  • Controlar prazos e vencimentos de guias de recolhimento (DARF, GNRE, guias estaduais/municipais), providenciando a emissão e o pagamento tempestivo.
  • Apoiar o levantamento de dados para apuração de créditos de PIS/COFINS e ICMS e para o cálculo de contribuições setoriais (ex.: FUST/FUNTTEL), quando solicitado.
  • Auxiliar na elaboração da ECD e da ECF, organizando e conferindo informações de apoio sob supervisão.
  • Manter organizados os arquivos fiscais (guias, declarações, notas fiscais, memórias de cálculo) para fins de auditoria e fiscalização.
  • Prestar suporte operacional em respostas a intimações e fiscalizações da Receita Federal, Secretarias de Fazenda estaduais e Prefeituras, sob orientação do Analista Pleno.
  • Apoiar a parametrização fiscal no ERP (cadastro de CFOP, CST, alíquotas e regras fiscais de produtos/serviços).
  • Acompanhar, em nível de levantamento, alterações na legislação tributária aplicável ao setor.

Requisitos e formação

  • Graduação em Ciências Contábeis (cursando fase final ou concluída)
  • Experiência de 1 a 2 anos em rotina fiscal.

Diferenciais:

  • Vivência em empresas de Telecom/ISP ou setor de serviços é um diferencial.
  • Conhecimento básico de ICMS, PIS/COFINS, ISS e obrigações acessórias do SPED.
  • Excel intermediário e familiaridade com sistemas ERP de gestão fiscal.
  • Organização, atenção a detalhes e proatividade.
