At Nicolab, we believe technology creates true impact only when it is clearly understood and seamlessly adopted by clinical teams. Working at the intersection of clinical validation, product development, and customer engagement, you will oversee clinical studies, lead customer pilots, manage grant-funded research projects, and help shape our product roadmap based on real-world evidence and user feedback.

Your clinical expertise, combined with a strong customer-facing mindset, will ensure Nicolab's solutions meet genuine healthcare needs and continue to evolve in close alignment with the medical professionals who rely on them.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
