O Técnico de Segurança do Trabalho fará parte do time de EHS (Saúde, Segurança, Meio Ambiente, Bombeiros e Ergonomia), atuando diretamente na Segurança do Trabalho. Nosso objetivo é suportar as demandas de redução de riscos operacionais, fortalecer a cultura de segurança contínua no chão de fábrica e garantir o rigoroso atendimento aos requisitos legais e normativos.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar inspeções diárias nas áreas produtivas, identificando condições e atos inseguros; Suportar a elaboração e revisão de Análises Risco, liberação de atividades críticas; Conduzir treinamentos de integração/reciclagem de Segurança do Trabalho para novos colaboradores e prestadores de serviço; Prestar apoio técnico à CIPA (Comissão Interna de Prevenção de Acidentes) e organizar eventos de conscientização, como a SIPAT; Auxiliar nas investigações de ocorrências de trabalho, acompanhando a implementação das ações corretivas e preventivas; Atuar como suporte em auditorias da ISO 14.001 e 45.001; Atualizar planilhas e indicadores de EHS, garantindo a organização da documentação legal da área.Requisitos e qualificaçõesRequisitos ObrigatóriosCurso Técnico Completo em Segurança do Trabalho;Registro ativo no Ministério do Trabalho e Emprego (MTE/SRTE);Conhecimento em Pacote Office.Requisitos DesejáveisExperiência prévia em ambiente industrial;Conhecimento das Normas Regulamentadoras mais aplicáveis ao setor, como NR-11 (Movimentação de Materiais), NR-12 (Segurança no Trabalho em Máquinas e Equipamentos), NR-33 (Trabalho em espaço confinado), NR-35 (Trabalho em Altura);Vivência com sistemas integrados de gestão (SAP ou similar);Noções básicas das normas ISO 45001 e ISO 14001;Disponibilidade para atuar em diferentes turnos.Informações adicionaisBenefícios da Posição:Plano de Saúde;Plano Odontológico;Assistência Farmacêutica;Seguro de Vida em Grupo;Associação Desportiva Embraco - ADE;Brinde de Natal;Berçário;Bolsa de Estudos;Restaurante Interno;Participação nos resultados; Transporte Especial.
