Aufgaben

Herstellung und Verarbeitung unserer einzigartigen Süßwaren in verschiedenen Fachbereichen:

  • Rösten der Marzipanmasse
  • Präzises Abwiegen der Rohstoffe gemäß Rezeptur für gleichbleibend höchste Qualität
  • Sorgfältiges Vermengen der Masse mit weiteren Zutaten
  • Walzen, Formen und Ausstechen der Rohmasse
  • Veredeln der Produkte durch Füllungen und das Schokolieren
  • Bedienung, Überwachung und Einstellung unserer Produktions- und Verpackungsanlagen
  • Dokumentation von Produktionsabläufen und Qualitätsdaten
  • Durchführung von Qualitätskontrollen und Probenahmen
  • Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Hygiene- und Sicherheitsstandards

Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Lebensmittelbranche (Fachkraft für Lebensmitteltechnik, Süßwarentechnologie, Maschinen- und Anlagenführung, Konditorei, Pâtisserie, Verfahrenstechnologie, Chef de Partie, Fleischerei etc.)
  • Kenntnisse über Hygienevorschriften in der Lebensmittelproduktion
  • Idealerweise mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Lebensmittelbranche oder Gastronomie
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Produktionsmaschinen wünschenswert
  • Körperliche Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Präzision
  • Hohe Teamorientierung und Zuverlässigkeit
