Job Description

The role will connect business needs with AI and technology capabilities, ensuring solutions are grounded in how work is performed and can be successfully operationalized. The AI Transformation Lead will partner closely with business leaders, EIT, Product Leadership, CS Standards & Activation, and other enterprise partners.

The ideal candidate combines deep business understanding, structured problem-solving, learning agility, hands-on AI fluency, and cross-functional leadership. They can navigate ambiguity, turn emerging opportunities into practical initiatives, and drive measurable improvements in effectiveness, scalability, customer experience, and business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

AI Strategy and Opportunity Discovery

  • Partner with business leaders to identify high-value opportunities for AI-enabled transformation across functions and workflows.
  • Lead discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process assessments to understand business needs, pain points, and growth opportunities.
  • Assess process maturity, operational readiness, data availability, technology dependencies, and organizational constraints.
  • Build and manage a prioritized portfolio of opportunities based on strategic alignment, expected value, feasibility, complexity, and readiness.

Workflow and Solution Design

  • Translate business challenges into clearly defined AI-enabled workflows, solutions, and future-state operating models.
  • Define business requirements, user needs, success measures, process implications, ownership, and implementation approaches.
  • Develop rapid prototypes or proofs of concept to test assumptions, demonstrate potential value, and inform investment decisions.
  • Partner with Product Leadership, Engineering, and Enterprise IT teams to shape solution roadmaps and delivery plans.

Strategic Workstream Leadership

  • Lead transformation workstreams from opportunity identification through implementation and value realization.
  • Develop business cases, implementation roadmaps, milestone plans, executive recommendations, and decision materials.
  • Align cross-functional stakeholders on roles, decisions, dependencies, and handoffs, while actively managing risks and competing priorities.
  • Communicate progress, recommendations, decisions, and outcomes to senior leadership audiences.

Implementation Readiness and Change Partnership

  • Translate solution designs into clear changes to workflows, roles, decision points, data needs, and team handoffs.
  • Work with business and technical owners to define launch requirements, ongoing ownership, support needs, and the path from pilot to scaled implementation.
  • Stay engaged through implementation to resolve design issues, incorporate feedback, and help ensure the solution works in practice.

Qualifications

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in business transformation, consulting, product strategy, digital transformation, or a relevant business function. Experience gained within NIQ or a comparable data and insights organization is highly valued.
  • Deep familiarity with client needs, frontline workflows, or functional use cases, with the ability to translate firsthand experience into meaningful transformation opportunities.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering measurable business outcomes within a complex, matrixed organization.
  • Experience partnering across business, Product, and Technology teams to move initiatives from concept into implementation.

Core Skills

  • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and structured problem-solving, with the judgment to keep solutions grounded in business and client realities.
  • Excellent facilitation, stakeholder management, executive communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Hands-on fluency with modern AI tools and the ability to translate between business needs, practical workflows, and technical possibilities.
  • Adaptability and comfort with ambiguity, including the willingness to experiment, fail fast, learn from feedback, change course, and find a practical path forward.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience applying AI and automation within enterprise business processes.
  • Experience in Growth Marketing, Communications, Demand Generation, Customer Engagement, Business Intelligence, enterprise reporting, performance management, or a related domain.
  • Knowledge of NIQ data, products, client delivery, and internal workflows, or comparable experience within the data and insights industry.
  • Experience redesigning workflows or operating models and using prototypes or proofs of concept to validate new approaches.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
