Descripción del empleo

Un Visitador de tiendas en campo para la zona de Vega, Santiago o Valverde Mao, preferiblemente en Valverde Mao, encargado de recolección de datos en canal tradicional. (Tiendas tradicionales, farmacias, restaurantes, cafeterías, bares, estanquillos, kioskos) proporcionando información relativa a ventas, compras, inventarios y distribución.

Funciones

Visitar los diferentes tipos de tienda, para establecer una relación estratégica entre los dueños de estos establecimientos comerciales y NIQ.

Asesorar al dueño del establecimiento sobre los procesos y políticas de NIQ.

Cumplir con las rutas asignadas y horarios establecidos de acuerdo a la organización programada y entregada por su supervisor.

Conocer sobre los productos que se comercializan en los diferentes tipos de tienda, sus características físicas y novedades para mejorar la ejecución de sus labores.

Realizar con precisión y calidad el inventario físico de los productos de consumo masivo, que se encuentran en cada en cada tipo de tienda.

Actualizar los precios, promociones y nuevas presentaciones en la máquina Blue Bird.

Pedir tirillas de compra (facturas), de los productos comprados durante cada mes y realizar los ajustes de compras correspondientes.

En caso de cancelación de la colaboración o de requerir alguna actualización en la muestra medida, el auditor deberá realizar la contratación siguiendo los lineamientos, con el fin de garantizar la representación de los distintos tipos de tienda de acuerdo con lo establecido por NIQ.

Velar por el buen cuidado de la máquina Blue Bird o cualquier otra herramienta entregada.

Llevar siempre consigo el material de trabajo (Máquina, cargador, celular etc.).

Todas las funciones y responsabilidades que se le asignen de acuerdo con su ámbito de competencia.

Un Auditor de campo es un elemento autónomo, apegado a procesos, con una extensa calidad en el servicio, es observador, con fuerte atención al detalle. Es una persona propositiva, proactiva, que disfruta del trabajo en equipo, conocer su localidad, viajar cuando sea requerid; participa en actividades internas y es abierto a cambios constantes.

Requisitos

Formación Académica, Mínimo Bachiller

Deseable:, Estudiantes de primeros semestres en carreras a distancia.

Horario Laboral: L-V 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, S 8:00 am - 12:00 pm

Deseable Conocimientos básicos en computación (paquetería Office)

Deseable Conocimientos básicos en sistema operativo android

Años de Experiencia requeridos, Deseable (1) año de experiencia en trabajo en campo (no perfil de ventas).

Tener buen sentido de ubicación geográfica dentro de la ciudad (deseable conocer el sector Norte, Centro, Sur de la ciudad).

Disponibilidad para movilizarse a las zonas asignadas u otras zonas según la necesidad.
