  • Post at least two personalized weekly announcements and participate in discussion boards at least three separate days a week, with substantive replies that push discussions forward
  • Provide meaningful, written feedback on instructor-graded work for any student who didn't score 100%
  • Run regular office hours, review sessions, or tutorials, and proactively identify support for at-risk students

What You Bring

  • A Master's Degree in your teaching domain from an accredited institution (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 18 credit hours of direct study in the discipline you'll be teaching
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in higher education (online experience preferred)

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
