The successful candidate will bring hands-on experience in a SIGINT, electronic warfare, or related technical discipline, a working understanding of RF and wireless communications, and the ability to perform reliably under pressure. This role requires the ability to follow established collection procedures, recognize when technical or operational issues require escalation, and learn customer equipment and tradecraft quickly. Customer-specific training is required and provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate SIGINT collection equipment under the direction of senior SIOs to conduct technical collection in support of customer operations.
  • Support the execution and monitoring of multi-mode SIGINT and electronic warfare collection operations on ground or airborne platforms.
  • Perform initial triage and processing of collected signals and flag time-sensitive material for senior review and exploitation.
  • Conduct analysis of SIGINT data and contribute to reporting and technical assessments.
  • Assist in disseminating collection results to mission partners as directed.
  • Maintain collection logs, equipment status records, and shift turnover materials.
  • Identify equipment and collection problems, perform first-level troubleshooting, and escalate as required.
  • Handle, secure, and manipulate collected data in accordance with customer policy.
  • Build working knowledge of collection platforms, mission tools, RF technologies, national intelligence priorities, and customer tradecraft.
  • Complete customer-specific training and qualification requirements and participate in team readiness activities.
  • Support domestic and international travel, exercises, or short-duration deployments as required.
  • Perform other technical or operational support duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph on day one of employment, and eligibility for clearance crossover.
  • 2+ years of relevant professional experience, or equivalent combination of education, training, military, or operational experience.
  • Hands-on experience in at least one of the following: SIGINT collection, analysis, or targeting; ELINT collection or analysis; electronic warfare; cryptologic linguistics; radio operations; cybersecurity; network engineering or security; or information technology.
  • Basic knowledge of SIGINT collection equipment and ground or airborne collection operations.
  • Familiarity with RF and wireless communications technologies such as push-to-talk radio, cellular, and Wi-Fi.
  • Military SIGINT background or equivalent operational experience.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts in a 24/7 operations center, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to communicate technical information clearly, both in writing and verbally, and to work effectively as part of a small team under stress.
  • High school diploma or GED.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, computer science, information technology, intelligence studies, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in an operations center or watch-floor environment.
  • Experience with ground or airborne SIGINT collection operations.
  • Experience operating multi-mode collection systems.
  • Familiarity with collection management processes and national intelligence priorities.
  • Current amateur radio license.
  • Experience supporting domestic or international deployments, exercises, or field-based collection operations.
  • Valid driver's license and REAL ID, if required for site access or mission travel.

Applicable Military Occupational Codes:

  • Marine Corps: 2600, 2611, 2621, 2629, 2631, 2651

  • Air Force: 1N1, 1N2, 1N3

Work Environment:

This role operates in a mission-critical 24/7 environment requiring rotating shift work, technical precision, sound judgment, and the ability to perform under pressure. Customer-specific and on-the-job training is provided. Candidates may support nights, weekends, holidays, surge operations, domestic travel, international travel, exercises, or short-duration deployments depending on mission requirements.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
