Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily renovation site activities.
  • Manage subcontractors and workers to ensure timely project completion.
  • Monitor workmanship, quality control and site safety.
  • Coordinate materials, manpower and project schedules.
  • Conduct site inspections and resolve on-site issues.
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers and project managers.
  • Ensure projects are completed within schedule and budget.

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of carpentry, electrical, plumbing, partition and finishing works.
  • Able to read renovation drawings and coordinate multiple trades.
  • Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  • Relevant Singapore renovation experience preferred.
