Zur Unterstützung unserer Customer Care Abteilung suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt in Teilzeit 20 - 30h pro Woche einen Specialist Export.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Zentraler Ansprechpartner für die Zoll- & Exportabwicklung inkl. Zollanmeldungen, Export-/Zolldokumenten & Einhaltung der relevanten Vorschriften
  • Unterstützung bei Exportkontrollprüfungen, Sanktionsprüfungen, Transaktionsbewertungen und damit verbundenen Risikobewertungen.
  • Abstimmung mit Aufsichts- und Zollbehörden, Speditionen & Logistikdienstleistern sowie Pflege zoll- & exportrelevanter Stammdaten
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb, Versand & internen Fachbereichen

Ihr Profil

  • Langjährige und aktuelle Erfahrung in den Bereichen Zoll- und Exportabwicklung, vorzugsweise aus der Logistik oder Industrie
  • Gute Kenntnisse der Zoll- & Exportvorschriften & im Umgang mit Exportdokumenten
  • Gute Fachkenntnisse in Microsoft Office Anwendungen und SAP ERP, sowie ausgewiesene ATLAS-Kenntnisse
  • Fließende Deutsch- & sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort & Schrift
