Wir bei Nihon Kohden Deutschland suchen keinen reinen „Prospektverteiler“. Wir suchen einen Sales Profi (m/w/d) für den Bereich Ventilation, der klinische Tiefe mit kommerzieller Schlagkraft vereint. Du verstehst lungenprotektive Beatmung und Weaning-Prozesse – und weißt genau, wie du diese Vorteile in messbaren Verkaufserfolg für dein Gebiet verwandelst.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Wachstumstreiber: Du verantwortest den strategischen Ausbau unseres Ventilations-Portfolios in deiner Region.
  • Closing auf Augenhöhe: Du verhandelst sicher mit Chefärzten, Pflegedienstleitungen und dem strategischen Einkauf.
  • Klinische Überzeugungskraft: Du führst Teststellungen und Produktdemonstrationen so durch, dass das Team am Patientenbett den Mehrwert sofort versteht.
  • Lösungsarchitekt: Du verkaufst keine Einzelgeräte, sondern integrierte Beatmungskonzepte in Verbindung mit unserem PMS und Medical IT.

Vertrieb & Kundenbeziehungen

  • Gewinnung neuer Kund*innen und Ausbau bestehender Klinikpartnerschaften
  • Aufbau langfristiger, vertrauensvoller Beziehungen zu Entscheider*innen & medizinischen Stakeholdern
  • Kommerzielle Verantwortung für deine Region inkl. Preis‑ und Konditionsgestaltung
  • Strategisches Gebietsmanagement mit voller Umsatz‑ und Deckungsbeitragsverantwortung

Angebots‑ & Projektmanagement

  • Planung & Durchführung von Produktdemonstrationen, Workshops & klinischen Teststellungen
  • Erstellung von Angeboten sowie aktive Unterstützung bei Ausschreibungen
  • Pflege des CRM‑Systems inkl. Forecasting, Pipeline‑Management und Marktanalysen

Ihr Profil

  • Vertriebs-DNA: Du hast nachweisbare Erfolge im erklärungsbedürftigen Medizintechnik-Vertrieb (idealerweise Investitionsgüter).
  • Medizinisches Fundament: Du kommst aus der Intensivpflege, Anästhesie oder bist Atmungstherapeut / Medizintechniker (m/w/d) mit starkem Business-Instinkt.
  • Netzwerker: Du hast bereits ein belastbares Netzwerk in den Kliniken deiner Region.
  • Abschlussstärke: Du bist hungrig auf Erfolg, arbeitest zielorientiert und liebst die Herausforderung im Wettbewerb.
