Como Coach Product / Gerente de Piso de Venta de Nike, tú eres la cara de NIKE. Disfrutas de gestionar un gran volumen de trabajo y un ritmo rápido, ya que tu experiencia y perspectiva diversas ayudan a guiar a los clientes a tomar las mejores decisiones para ellos. Trabajarás con tu equipo para centrarte en la atención al cliente y obtener la victoria de la manera correcta.

  • Debes tener al menos 18 años
  • De preferencia, contar con un año de experiencia en tiendas minoristas o atención al cliente
  • Flexibilidad para trabajar por las noches, los fines de semana y los días festivos en función de las necesidades de la tienda
  • Utilizar de forma auténtica la atención al cliente para garantizar que los clientes se sientan vistos y comprendidos en nuestras tiendas
  • Capacidad para aprender y capacitarse en los productos y tecnologías más recientes
  • Los requisitos físicos incluyen poder agacharse, ponerse en cuclillas, estirarse, subir escaleras y estar de pie durante períodos prolongados con adaptaciones razonables o sin ellas

  • Hacer que los clientes se sientan bienvenidos, que te preocupas por sus deseos y necesidades, y que superas sus expectativas en cada fase de su experiencia
  • Seguir las reglas y ser profesional, demostrar integridad, confiabilidad y amabilidad
  • Operar la caja registradora, enviar y recibir productos, almacenar productos, limpiar y preparar exhibiciones visuales con o sin adaptaciones
  • Asistir a los eventos de la tienda para apoyar a las personas que integran el equipo
