The posting

WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

You will help advance the graphic vision for NSW T-Shirts while collaborating with designers, developers, product managers, and cross-functional partners. You will partner closely with apparel design, product creation, merchandising, storytelling, and marketing teams to create graphic expressions that connect consumers to sport, culture, and the Nike brand.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a design storyteller who brings creativity, curiosity, strong visual instincts, and a passion for creating meaningful consumer experiences through graphic design. This designer will help shape NSW T-Shirt graphics across the Men's and Women's businesses by developing compelling narratives, visual systems, and consumer-right graphic expressions influenced by sport, culture, and lifestyle. You understand how to research consumers, trends, behaviors, visual culture, and the marketplace, then translate those insights into relevant, original design solutions.

  • TO BE CONSIDERED, YOU MUST SUBMIT A CREATIVE DESIGN PORTFOLIO. PLEASE PROVIDE WEBSITE LINKS OR ATTACH PDF FILES WHEN YOU APPLY.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, or training.
  • 2+ years of relevant graphic design experience.
  • Strong understanding of contemporary design, fashion, sport, and cultural trends, with the ability to translate consumer insights into authentic narratives and visual storytelling.
  • Strong visual, verbal, and presentation communication skills; understanding of apparel product creation and development processes; and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and relevant digital design tools.

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

You will develop seasonal graphic narratives, concept stories, and graphic collections across the NSW T-Shirt business for Men's and Women's product. You will translate consumer and cultural insights into compelling design solutions and collaborate through the product creation process to help bring concepts from exploration to production.

  • Build seasonal storytelling frameworks, graphic narratives, and coordinated collections.
  • Research consumer behavior, cultural movements, visual trends, and marketplace dynamics to identify relevant creative opportunities.
  • Translate research and insights into original graphic concepts, visual systems, and product-ready design solutions.
  • Partner with design, development, product management, merchandising, storytelling, and marketing teams from concept through production.
  • Develop clear presentation materials and communicate design rationale and creative recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple projects and seasonal priorities while maintaining creative quality, feasibility, and alignment with Nike brand standards.
  • Contribute to an inclusive, collaborative design culture by inviting diverse perspectives and giving and receiving constructive feedback.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
