  • Minimum of 2 years directly applicable work experience
  • High communication and influencing skills, including the ability to interact with leadership and cross-functional product creation team members

WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

As a member of the Jordan Footwear Materials Development team, you are responsible for driving functional excellence with a sharp focus on materials creation, sourcing, costing, quality, and implementation of sustainable solutions.

You will work on complex footwear projects and be responsible for converting project briefs from a 2D design rendering into a 3D sample that balances the needs of the athlete and the needs of the business. You will engage in all phases of the product creation process to ensure projects are managed according to critical dates and completed on time, while meeting design intent, quality & performance standards, margin targets, and sustainability goals. You will ensure that your projects are ready for commercialization and can ultimately be scaled for manufacturing. You will build toolkits and material palettes to help optimize material choice.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
