Guter Kundenservice beginnt damit, die Anliegen unserer Kunden zu verstehen - und genau hier kommst Du ins Spiel. Als Teil unseres Kundenservice-Teams bist Du die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Kunden im In- und Ausland bei Fragen rund um ihre Bestellungen. Ob Lieferung, Retoure oder Reklamation: Du behältst den Überblick, klärst Anliegen und findest gemeinsam mit den internen Fachbereichen passende Lösungen. So sorgst Du jeden Tag dafür, dass sich unsere Kunden bei NIMAX gut aufgehoben fühlen.

Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams am Standort Landsberg am Lech suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Sachbearbeiter im Kundenservice (m/w/d) in Vollzeit.

Du hast viel zu tun

  • Du kümmerst Dich um die schriftlichen und telefonischen Kundenanfragen
  • Du stehst in enger Absprache mit unseren Logistikpartnern bei Paketverlusten oder Transportschäden
  • Durch Deine Vernetzung zu Deinen Kollegen weißt Du bei Anfragen immer genau an wen Du Dich wenden musst
  • Du wickelst Reklamationen, Retouren und Gutschriften nach unseren Qualitätsstandards ab
  • Du erstellst Zoll- und Ausfuhranmeldungen (Sendungen innerhalb der EU oder in Drittländer)
  • Du bist für die Bearbeitung bzw. Weiterleitung eingehender Bestellungen verantwortlich

Du hast einiges drauf

  • Du hast Freude am Kundenkontakt und findest gerne passende Lösungen
  • Du arbeitest organisiert und behältst auch dann den Überblick, wenn mehrere Anfragen gleichzeitig eingehen
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; weitere Sprachkennnisse sind Nice-to-have
  • Du telefonierst gerne und kannst Dich schnell auf wechselnde Gesprächspartner einstellen
  • Mit den gängigen MS-Office Programmen gehst Du sicher um und findest Dich schnell in eine neue Software ein
