Posição: Suporte Aplicacional



Responsabilidades

  • 2ª/3ª linha de suporte aplicacional.
  • Conhecer os procedimentos e participar no processo de automação de tarefas.
  • Gestão, monitorização e controlo dos níveis de serviço. Identificação de problemas e na implementação de soluções de monitorização para controlo do serviço.
  • Comunicação com as equipas Técnicas/Funcionais. Construção e atualização de documentação e materiais de apoio ao suporte dos serviços.
  • Análise, documentação e melhoria dos processos e ferramentas internas. Análise e resolução incidentes e problemas.
  • Suporte Aplicacional 24/7, com regime de prevenção. Desenvolvimento de ferramentas e processos no âmbito da gestão de serviço.

Requisitos

  • Forte componentes de análise funcional;
  • SQL/MYSQL;
  • Utilização de ambiente Unix/Linux;
  • Utilização de sistemas operativos UNIX/Linux;
  • Linguagens de scripting (ex: KSH/Bash; Python; Perl);
  • Conhecimentos de redes ethernet (TCP/IP);
  • Conhecimentos de REST APIs.

Requisitos (desejáveis)

  • Formação superior em Engenharia Informática ou área similar. 2 anos ou mais anos de experiencia na área de operações ou suporte aplicacional;
  • Conhecimentos básicos de expressões regulares. Experiência em automatização de processos;
  • Conhecimentos de ITIL. Familiaridade com sistemas de controlo de versões, como Git;
  • Conhecimentos de Ansible, aplicados à automação de tarefas e configurações. Experiência na utilização do Grafana, incluindo criação de dashboards e alarmística;
  • ELK Stack, Grafana, LogStash;
  • Criação de playbooks Ansible;
  • GITLAB;
  • Familiarizado com standards/ferramentas de boas práticas de TI como ITIL, ISO20000.
