Principais Responsabilidades e Atividades:

Você vai construir produtos e funcionalidades orientados a dados e IA, como conversa com dados em linguagem natural, módulo de Analytics com relatórios e dashboards, automações inteligentes de processos administrativos, recomendação de fornecedores e muito mais. Aqui, a IA não é só parte do produto: é parte de como desenvolvemos. Procuramos alguém que já use IA no dia a dia e queira trabalhar com codificação agêntica como forma principal de construir software.

Desenvolver funcionalidades e serviços que usam LLMs e agentes, como interfaces conversacionais, assistentes, classificação, extração de informações e recomendação. Usar ferramentas de codificação agêntica (ex.: Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) para planejar, construir, testar e documentar, revisando criticamente o que é gerado. Desenvolver e consumir APIs REST, incluindo integrações com as aplicações da plataforma (construídas em OutSystems) e serviços AWS (ex.: Lambda, Bedrock, S3). Trabalhar com dados em PostgreSQL e Oracle: consultas, modelagem para consumo em produtos e otimização de performance. Apoiar a evolução do módulo de Analytics, incluindo dashboards e relatórios (Apache Superset ou similar). Colaborar com cientistas de dados, engenheiros de dados e áreas de negócio para transformar necessidades em soluções. Garantir qualidade, segurança e confiabilidade das soluções, com testes, versionamento, observabilidade e documentação. Contribuir para boas práticas da equipe no uso de IA no desenvolvimento (prompts, contexto, instruções para agentes, revisão de código gerado).

Esperamos que você tenha:

Experiência como desenvolvedor(a) em nível pleno, com entregas em produção. Domínio de pelo menos uma linguagem entre Python e JavaScript/TypeScript. Experiência no desenvolvimento e consumo de APIs. SQL sólido para consulta e manipulação de dados (PostgreSQL e/ou Oracle).

Uso frequente de IA no trabalho de desenvolvimento e disposição para adotar codificação agêntica no dia a dia. Capacidade de revisar, testar e validar código gerado por IA, entendendo o que está sendo entregue. Experiência com Git e metodologias ágeis. Boa comunicação, organização e capacidade de priorização. Superior completo ou em andamento em Ciência da Computação, Engenharia da Computação, Sistemas de Informação ou áreas correlatas.

Diferenciais ( Será um PLUS)

Experiência construindo aplicações com LLMs: prompt engineering, RAG, function calling/tool use, agentes, MCP. Experiência com AWS, principalmente Bedrock, Lambda, S3, RDS/Aurora ou Redshift.

Experiência com ferramentas de visualização (Apache Superset, Power BI, Tableau, Qlik). Noções de modelagem dimensional e ETL/ELT. Ambiente Linux, Docker.

Familiaridade com OutSystems ou integração com plataformas low-code.
