AI 战略规划与体系搭建 1.1结合造纸行业特性（制浆、抄纸、后加工、能耗、仓储等），制定集团 3-5 年 AI 发展路线、年度 AI 工作规划，明确短期见效、中期攻坚、长期布局项目优先级； 1.2搭建集团 AI 技术体系、数据治理体系与项目管理规范，对接现有SAP、MES、SRM、CRM、WMS、DCS/IOT 等 IT 系统，避免重复建设，保障 AI 技术落地适配集团现有架构； 1.3跟踪工业 AI 前沿技术，评估大模型、机器视觉、时序建模、数字孪生等技术在造纸场景的应用价值，输出可行性报告并推动试点落地。 团队管理与人才建设 2.1负责 AI 团队（算法、项目、数据方向）的搭建、招聘、培养与绩效管理，制定团队能力提升计划，打造兼具技术能力与业务思维的工业 AI 团队； 2.2搭建团队工作机制、协作流程与知识沉淀体系，组织技术分享、项目复盘，提升团队整体战斗力；统筹团队日常工作分配、进度跟踪与风险把控。 AI 项目全生命周期管理 3.1深度对接各业务部门（生产、质检、设备、物流、采购、财务、人资、环保等），挖掘核心痛点，梳理 AI 需求，输出可落地的解决方案、技术选型与 ROI 测算报告，推动项目立项与资源审批； 3.2主导重点 AI 项目落地，涵盖原料检测、设备预测性维护、能耗优化、智能仓储调度、供应链需求预测等造纸核心场景，统筹项目计划制定、资源协调、过程管控、问题攻坚； 3.3负责项目实施、上线推广与效果复盘，监控模型运行稳定性，推动模型迭代优化，保障项目达成效率提升、能耗降低、非停减少、成本节降等可量化业务目标。 跨部门协同 作为集团 AI 对接人，对接集团、各基地负责人及业务部门负责人，将技术语言转化为业务价值，争取业务资源支持，推动跨部门、跨基地 AI 项目协同落地 数据治理与安全管理 5.1统筹工业数据治理工作，解决生产数据分散、质量差、孤岛严重等问题，规范数据采集、清洗、标注、存储流程，构建支撑 AI 模型训练的高质量数据底座； 5.2严格遵守集团数据安全、工业网络安全要求，落实制造业安全标准（IEC 62443），制定 AI 系统故障应急预案，规避数据泄露、算法合规等风险，制定应急预案（如AI系统故障时切换人工流程）。

教育程度 本科及以上学历，计算机科学、人工智能、数据科学、自动化、工业工程等相关专业优先 专业经验 ： 1、8 年以上工业 / 制造业数字化、AI 相关工作经验，3 年以上团队管理经验（5 人及以上团队），有集团级 AI 项目统筹经验优先； 2、主导推动机器视觉、预测性维护、能耗优化、质量检测等 AI 项目全流程落地，有可量化项目成果。造纸 / 化工 / 钢铁 / 建材等流程型制造行业 AI 落地经验优先； 3、熟悉大型集团 IT 架构，有对接 SAP、MES、SRM、CRM、WMS、DCS/IOT等系统经验，具备跨基地、跨部门推进复杂项目经验。 核心能力： 1、精通工业 AI 技术体系，熟悉 Python、深度学习框架（TensorFlow/PyTorch）、机器学习算法、时序数据建模、机器视觉等技术，具备算法模型选型与方案设计能力； 2、具备极强的业务洞察力，能精准挖掘造纸行业生产、运营核心痛点，将业务需求转化为 AI 解决方案，具备 ROI 思维与成本管控意识； 3、优秀的团队管理、项目管理与跨部门沟通协调能力，能高效统筹内外部资源，推动传统业务部门协同，解决项目落地难点； 4、熟悉工业数据协议（OPC UA、Modbus）、工业物联网架构与数据治理方法，了解制造业数据安全与合规要求； 5、具备前瞻性思维，能平衡技术创新与落地务实性，抗压能力强，适配集团多基地出差、长期深耕制造行业的工作要求。
