1、在值长的指挥下，负责完成本岗位设备DCS操作与工艺调节工作，负责完成值长交给的其它工作任务。 2、负责对本岗位设备及辅助设备的运行检查，有问题及时处理，处理不了应及时汇报值长。 3、负责提出本岗位设备存在隐患，设备检修项目。 4、岗位工艺参数的调节和DCS监控，达到工艺要求，确保生产稳定、正常。 5、做好与现场岗位的协调、联络工作。 6、非岗位突发事件、紧急情况等的应急协作处理。 8、负责做好本岗位责任区域内清洁卫生工作，创造良好的工作环境。 9、认真填写生产记录，严格交接班制度，做好交班前工作，给下班生产打好基础。

1 、中专及以上学历，制浆造纸相关专业优先； 2、 2年以上中大型高速纸机工作经验，熟悉制浆造纸流程； 3、 有较好的动手能力，能及时发现处理各项生产问题。组织能力好，协调能力强；有良好的职业道德，品行端正、办事公正、公平，责任心强；
