一、岗位职责 1、负责人力资源域业务需求调研、流程梳理、方案设计与系统落地 2、熟悉 HR 系统（SAP HR/SF/ 其他 HR 系统）实施、配置、测试、上线与运维支持 3、协同 IT、业务部门推进薪酬、绩效、招聘、培训、员工关系等模块上线与优化 4、编写实施文档、操作手册、组织用户培训，保障系统稳定运行 5、跟进项目进度、质量与风险管控，支持多基地 / 全国推广落地 6、对接外部服务商，把控交付质量，推动问题闭环与项目验收

二、任职要求 1、本科及以上学历，人力资源、计算机、信息管理相关专业 2、3 年以上 HR 模块实施 / 运维 / 顾问经验，有人资域全流程落地经验 3、熟悉 HR 全业务：组织、人事、薪酬、绩效、考勤、招聘、培训、员工关系 4、有SAP HR/SuccessFactors实施或运维经验优先；熟悉制造业 HR 场景优先 5、具备需求分析、方案设计、项目推进、问题排查能力 6、良好沟通协调、抗压能力，可接受全国基地短期出差支持 7、有制造业、集团化多基地推广、外部供应商管理经验优先 三、优先条件 1、持 SAP HR 认证、PMP、HR 相关专业证书 2、有海外 HR 项目、多语言系统实施经验 3、熟悉系统集成、接口对接、数据治理与报表开发
