1、全面负责造纸生产线（制浆、抄纸、涂布、复卷等环节）及配套系统（冷冻、空压机、水泵等）的高低压电气设备、传动系统、电机、配电柜、照明系统等日常运行监控、巡检维护及故障处理工作，确保电气系统安全、稳定、高效运行，为生产连续进行提供核心动力支持。 2、带领电气运行班组完成日常运维任务，合理分配班组成员的巡检区域、维护职责及应急抢修分工，明确工作标准并监督执行；定期组织班前班后会传达工作要求与安全规范，开展内部技术培训、技能实操演练，提升团队专业能力与协作效率，同时关注员工思想动态，营造积极协作的班组氛围。 3、接到电气设备故障通知后，立即启动应急预案，迅速组织人员赶赴现场，通过设备参数分析、线路检测等方式精准判断故障原因（如电机烧毁、线路短路、配电柜故障、传动系统异常等），制定科学抢修方案并快速实施，最大限度缩短故障停机时间，减少生产损失；详细记录故障处理过程，总结规律并提出预防改进措施。 4、根据电气设备运行周期及厂家规范，制定并执行定期维护、保养计划，包括电机润滑、线路绝缘检测、配电柜除尘、传动系统校准等工作；推进修旧利废工作，合理控制备品备件消耗，优化电气设备运行方式（如推广变频调速技术），降低能耗与运维成本。 5、建立健全班组负责的电气设备台账，详细记录设备型号、安装位置、采购信息、维护记录、故障历史、备品备件库存等内容；妥善保管设备说明书、电气原理图、检修规程等技术资料，确保台账与资料的完整性、准确性及可追溯性。 6、严格执行《电业安全工作规程》及企业安全生产制度，监督班组成员落实作业前停电、验电、挂牌上锁等安全措施，规范佩戴绝缘手套、绝缘鞋等防护用品；组织开展班组安全隐患排查，及时整改电气线路老化、设备接地不良等问题，配合企业完成安全检查与合规验收，杜绝人身触电、设备烧毁等安全事故。 7、与生产车间、设备管理、工艺技术等部门保持密切沟通，及时响应生产过程中电气设备的运行需求，配合完成生产线检修、工艺调整中的电气系统调试工作；参与电气设备技术改造项目，提供专业意见并组织班组落实改造后的运维任务，助力生产效率提升。

1、大专及以上学历，电气工程及其自动化、机电一体化、电力系统自动化等相关专业；具备5年以上造纸行业或大型制造业电气设备运维工作经验，其中1年以上班组管理经验者优先，熟悉造纸生产线传动系统、高低压配电设备特性者优先。 2、熟悉造纸生产工艺中各类电气设备（高低压电机、传动系统、配电柜、变频器、PLC控制系统等）的工作原理、安装调试及维护方法；具备扎实的电气故障诊断能力，能熟练使用万用表、示波器、绝缘电阻测试仪等工具完成线路检测与设备调试工作；掌握电气安全作业规范，具备触电急救、电气火灾扑救等应急处理能力；持有电工操作证（高压或低压）。 3、具备优秀的班组组织与协调能力，能合理分配工作任务、激发团队潜力；具备清晰的计划制定与执行能力，能科学规划设备维护与培训计划，确保各项工作有序推进。 4、具备高度的责任心与敬业精神，面对突发电气故障能快速响应、沉着处置；具备良好的沟通表达与问题解决能力，能妥善处理跨部门协作事宜；严格遵守安全规程，具备极强的安全红线意识。 5、能适应造纸企业倒班工作制度（如四班三倒）。
