1、负责苛化石灰窑、臭气炉过程工艺、产成品标准的制定及检查； 2、负责苛化石灰窑、臭气炉生产异常问题检查，协助基地共同分析，能够审核基地提交的事故报告准确性； 3、能够分析过程数据异常问题，对不达标项能够给出专业调整意见； 4、推动产线清洁生产管理，大修期间到现场进行专项检查跟进； 5、分析原料、化工辅料用量、配比合理性，给出优化调整意见； 6、组织制定苛化石灰窑、臭气炉安全操作规程，能够分析生产中存在的安全隐患问题、异常风险点，给出优化建议； 7、组织制定苛化石灰窑、臭气炉环保管控规程，能够排查并分析烟气、臭气异常问题，给出专业优化意见； 8、通过日常数据分析及现场帮扶管理，找到生产、工艺、流程和设备的不合理项，督促基地及时更改优化； 9、协助部门总经理、副总经理跟进新项目的推动情况，能够在项目现场发现解决具体问题； 10、完成部门安排分析、检查、优化事项。

专业学历： 制浆造纸本科以上学历，或有长期专业工作经验（10年以上苛化石灰窑工作经验，值班长级或以上人员）。 经验技能： 1、苛化专业有3年以上管理工作经验； 2、能够熟悉苛化、石灰窑、臭气炉生产工艺流程，对生产异常等能够准确分析，排查问题； 3、有苛化、石灰窑、臭气炉项目经验者更佳； 4、需要熟练使用Office办公软件，能够熟练读取制浆设计、施工图纸； 5、英语四级以上水平，能进行专业交流。
