1、全面负责造纸全流程（制浆、抄纸、压榨、干燥、涂布、复卷等环节）核心机械设备的日常运行监控，涵盖盘磨机、流浆箱、烘缸、压光机、复卷机等主机设备及风机、水泵、减速机等配套装置，通过振动监测、温度检测等手段掌握设备运行状态，及时发现异常并处置，确保机械系统稳定高效运转，为生产连续性提供基础保障。 2、带领机械运行班组完成日常巡检、维护、抢修等任务，依据设备分布及人员技能合理划分工作区域与职责，明确巡检路线、维护标准及应急响应流程；每日组织班前班后会，传达生产任务与安全要求，定期开展机械维修技能培训（如钳工操作、轴承更换、密封维护等）和实操演练，提升团队故障处置能力与协作效率，营造严谨务实的班组氛围。 3、接到设备故障通知后（如烘缸轴承断裂、压光机包胶损坏、减速机漏油等），立即启动应急预案，快速组织人员携带专用工具赶赴现场，通过拆解检查、部件检测等方式精准定位故障根源，制定最优抢修方案并组织实施，优先采用备件更换、临时加固等方式缩短停机时间，减少生产损失；详细记录故障原因、处理过程及修复效果，形成案例库用于班组培训。 4、基于设备运行周期、厂家规范及运行数据，制定科学的预防性维护计划，明确电机润滑、辊筒校准、滤网清洁等定期保养项目及周期，推动从"定时保养"向"可预知保养"转变；严格执行备件领用制度，推进修旧利废工作，对可修复部件（如齿轮、轴类）组织修复利用，合理控制备品备件库存与消耗，通过优化维保方案降低设备运维成本与能耗。 5、建立健全班组管辖设备的全生命周期台账，详细记录设备型号、安装位置、采购信息、维护记录、故障历史、备件更换情况等内容；分类整理设备说明书、装配图纸、维修规程等技术资料，特别是关键部件的安装参数与精度要求，确保台账与资料真实完整、可追溯，为维保计划制定与设备技改提供数据支持。 6、严格执行机械安全标准及企业安全生产制度，监督班组成员落实设备操作前的安全确认、维修时的上锁挂牌（LOTO）等措施，规范佩戴安全帽、防护鞋、手套等劳保用品；定期组织班组安全隐患排查，重点整改机械防护装置缺失、设备接地不良、作业环境杂乱等问题，配合完成安全检查与合规验收，杜绝机械伤害、设备损坏等安全事故。 7、与生产车间密切配合，了解纸机车速调整、工艺参数变更等生产需求，提前做好机械设备适应性检查；对接设备管理部与技术部，反馈设备运行瓶颈与改进建议，参与机械系统技术改造项目（如设备升级、效率优化），提供现场安装调试支持；协助质量部门分析因机械问题（如辊筒跳动导致纸病）引发的产品质量问题，制定整改措施并落实。

1、大专及以上学历，机械制造与自动化、机电一体化、设备维修等相关专业；具备5年以上造纸行业机械运维工作经验，其中1年以上班组管理经验者优先，熟悉造纸生产线主机设备结构特性与维保要点者优先。 2、精通造纸核心机械设备（烘缸、压光机、复卷机等）的工作原理、结构特点及安装调试方法，掌握机械故障诊断与修复技术，能独立解决常见机械问题；具备扎实的机械维修技能，熟练掌握钳工、焊工、起重等基础操作，能规范使用千分尺、游标卡尺、振动检测仪等工具仪器；熟悉机械安全作业规范与应急处理流程，具备设备事故分析与预防能力；有钳工证、焊工证等相关职业资格证书，具备机械工程师职称者优先。 3、具备优秀的班组组织协调能力，能根据任务轻重缓急合理调配人力物力；拥有清晰的计划制定与执行能力，能科学规划维保工作并跟踪落实；具备一定的员工激励与培养能力，能有效提升团队整体战斗力。 4、具备高度的责任心与敬业精神，面对突发机械故障能快速响应、果断处置；具备良好的沟通表达与问题解决能力，能妥善协调跨部门协作事宜；严格遵守安全规程，具备极强的安全防护意识与细节把控能力。 5、能适应造纸企业倒班工作制度（如四班三倒）。
