1、每个工作日都要认真阅读每日的点检日报和隐患记录及每次的早会通报，并对当中提及的设备进行检查与维修；工作做完之后，并及时的回复处理结果； 2、每个工作日都要对所分管的设备进行巡检； 3、把每日工作内容详细记录都要输入到SAP系统中； 4、遇到登高作业或者进入危险区域作业时，必须填写“危险作业申请表”，得到安全主任及分管主管级以上人员签字确认同意之后，方可作业； 5、必须严格执行公司的“安全管理条例”，把安全放在第一位，时时刻刻心中都有安全； 6、作业完毕之后，要恢复地面清洁，把作业中所产生的垃圾清理干净； 7、做好修旧利废工作，尽量对检修和平时更换的各种仪表设备进行维修，提高节能降耗率； 8、每周都要不定期到自己6S卫生责任区进行一次清理清洁;
