1、主导造纸工艺（制浆、抄造、涂布、复卷等环节）的技术改进与创新，制定技术方案并推动落地，提升生产效率、产品质量及原材料利用率； 跟踪行业技术动态，结合市场需求研发新产品（如环保型包装纸、高强度瓦楞纸等），参与新产品试产及工艺定型； 针对生产中出现的技术难题（如断纸、纸病、能耗高等）组织专项攻关，制定解决方案并监督执行。 2、制定并完善造纸各工序的技术标准、操作规程及质量控制要点（如浆料浓度、车速、水分含量等），确保产品符合国标、行标或客户定制要求； 牵头质量事故分析，建立技术问题追溯机制，推动改进措施落地，降低质量风险； 协同质检部门优化检验流程，引入先进检测技术（如在线质量监控系统），提升质量管控精细化水平。 3、参与新设备选型、技术改造方案论证（如流浆箱、压榨部、烘缸等关键设备），提供技术参数建议并跟进安装调试；指导生产部门正确使用和维护设备，制定设备技术标准（如润滑、清洁周期），降低设备故障率； 推动智能化技术应用（如DCS控制系统、物联网监测），提升生产自动化水平。 4、带领技术团队（工艺、研发、质检等）开展工作，明确分工并监督进度，提升团队协作效率； 组织技术培训与技能考核，培养工艺骨干，传承行业经验；协调跨部门技术对接（如与生产、计划、采购部门沟通工艺需求与物料标准），确保技术方案有效落地。 5、确保技术方案符合环保政策（如废水、废气排放指标）、安全生产规范及ISO质量/环境管理体系要求；推动清洁生产技术应用（如废纸回收利用、中水回用），降低能耗与污染物排放。

1、本科及以上学历，造纸工程、轻化工程、化学工程与工艺等相关专业； 2、5年以上造纸行业技术工作经验，3年以上技术管理岗位经验，熟悉包装纸/工业纸/特种纸生产工艺者优先； 具备中级及以上造纸工程师职称或相关技术认证者优先。 3、精通制浆造纸核心工艺（如废纸制浆、化学热磨机械浆CTMP、涂布工艺），熟悉纸种（牛卡纸、瓦楞纸、箱板纸等）技术标准； 4、掌握QCS（质量控制系统）、SPC（统计过程控制）等质量工具，有ISO体系推行经验； 5、了解造纸关键设备（纸机、打浆机、压光机等）的工作原理及技术参数，能独立分析设备与工艺匹配问题； 6、熟练使用Office办公软件，掌握CAD、造纸工艺模拟软件（如Aalto Paper、Pulp和Paper Simulator）者优先； 7、有新产品研发、生产线技术改造、环保技术升级等项目全程主导经验者优先。 8、逻辑思维严谨，具备系统性技术问题分析能力和创新意识； 良好的沟通协调能力，能有效推动跨部门技术协作； 抗压能力强；高度的责任心，关注细节，对产品质量和技术标准有严格要求。
