岗位职责： 1.负责锅炉DCS盘面监视，保证燃烧、汽包水位、负荷稳定，保证当班期间锅炉安全运行； 2.担任锅炉当班期间热机工作许可人，负责工作票的办理和许可； 3.协助值长处理突发事故，保证设备正常运行； 4.负责完成机组的启停、调整，主要辅助设备的切换操作及监护，对于这些操作的正常进行及过程中的安全承担责任； 5.负责锅炉副值、巡检岗位的管理及操作指挥与监护； 6.督促锅炉副值、巡检的监盘、抄表、巡回检查等工作，并检查核对抄表数据的正确，各项记录是否如实等； 7.注意经常分析机组的运行情况，及时发现问题。发生事故时，在单元长（值长）的指挥下，果断、正确地处理，尽可能保住厂用电和机组辅助设备的安全、尽快消除故障，对事故处理的贻误处理应负有责任； 做好6S工作。

中专以上文化程度，具有3年以上锅炉专业管理相关工作经验
