二、任职资格 1. 教育背景 - 电气工程、自动化或相关专业本科及以上学历，需具备低压/高压电工操作证。 2. 经验要求 - 5年以上造纸行业浆线设备电气维护经验，熟悉ABB/Siemens PLC、变频器、HMI组态软件。 - 有浆料制备系统（如TMP/CTMP工艺）电气设计或改造经验者优先。 3. 技能要求 - 精通造纸专用设备电气原理（如浆料浓度控制、流量PID调节）。 - 熟悉工业网络（Profibus、Modbus）及SCADA系统集成。 4. 软性能力 - 具备紧急故障处理能力，能在高噪音、高湿度的浆线生产环境中高效工作。
