The posting

1. 建立并完善火力发电厂安全管理制度、操作规范及应急预案等安全标准文件，督促各部门严格贯彻执行，对制度执行情况进行全面考核监督，全力防范各类安全事故，包括人身伤亡、设备损坏等。 2. 负责厂区内防火、防爆、防漏电等安全预防工作，定期组织安全大检查，针对发现的不安全因素，及时下达整改通知，提出切实可行的改进意见，并跟踪整改情况，确保整改措施有效落实。 3. 组织开展各类安全技术培训、安全知识讲座以及安全应急演练等活动，提升全体员工的安全意识和应急处置能力，定期组织安全例会，及时反馈和解决厂内各类安全问题。 4. 负责厂内环保监督工作，对各项环保指标进行汇总分析，针对不达标情况及时整改。同时，负责特种设备和特殊工种的管理，确保特种设备按期检测，特殊工种人员持证上岗 。 5. 参与安全事故的调查、分析和处理工作，按照“四不放过”原则，查明事故原因，明确事故责任，制定防范措施，防止类似事故再次发生，并完成事故统计上报工作。 6. 负责与安全监督、环保等政府部门的沟通协调工作，确保电厂安全环保工作符合相关法规要求，及时落实政府部门提出的整改意见。

1. 大专及以上学历，安全工程、热能动力、电力工程等相关专业优先。 2. 5年以上火力发电厂工作经验，其中担任安全专工岗位不少于3年，熟悉火力发电厂生产工艺流程和安全管理重点环节。 3. 熟悉国家和电力行业安全法规、标准和规范，持有注册安全工程师资格证书者优先。能熟练使用Word、Excel等办公软件，具备一定的数据统计分析能力。 4. 具备较强的责任心和敬业精神，工作认真负责、严谨细致，具有良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神，能吃苦耐劳，适应倒班和现场工作环境，具备较强的问题解决能力和应急处置能力 。
