The posting

1.负责 Web 前端架构设计与核心模块开发，主导 PC WEB 端、小程序端、移动端 H5 页面开发，保障前端用户体验与多端兼容性。 2.承担后端核心模块开发与接口设计，使用 Java 完成业务逻辑编码，配合前端实现数据交互，确保全栈链路通畅。 3.参与产品需求评审，将业务需求转化为全栈可执行技术方案，协调前后端开发节奏，推动项目从 0 到 1 落地。 4.主导前端性能优化与工程化体系建设（含编译打包、CI/CD、监控体系），同步优化后端接口性能与数据库查询效率。 5.编写并维护全栈技术文档（含前端设计文档、后端接口文档），对现有系统进行全链路优化，解决运行中的技术问题。

教育程度：计算机相关专业本科学历及以上 相关经验： 1、具备5 年以上专业开发经验，3 年以上 前端开发经验，完整主导过 1-2 个全栈项目从 0 到 1 的全周期研发，有规范化编码习惯。；​ 2、掌握 PHP、.NET等 开发语言者可获能力加分； 3、具备SRM 、人事考勤、WMS 或 TMS的核心模块开发经验，能独立设计复杂业务场景的技术解决方案者优先。 专业能力 1、前端能力：精通 HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript，深入理解 ES6 + 模块化与异步编程；具备 Vue/Angular/React 框架源码级理解能力，能独立完成 Vue 全家桶（Vuex/Vue Router/Composition API）架构设计与复杂状态管理；熟悉 Webpack/Vite 工程化配置，有前端性能优化（首屏加载、代码拆分）实战经验，掌握 XSS/CSRF 等安全漏洞防范方法。 2、后端能力：精通 Java 核心技术（并发编程、JVM 调优），熟悉 Spring/Spring Boot/Spring Cloud 微服务架构；精通 SQL 与数据库设计范式，具备 MySQL/Oracle 性能调优、分库分表实践经验，掌握 Linux 环境部署与 Docker 基础操作。 3、全栈协同能力：能独立完成前后端接口设计与联调，具备复杂业务场景的全栈技术选型能力，有 JVM 故障排查、前端兼容性问题解决的实战经验。
