1、在运行领导的指导下，负责完成各发电机组的运行方式调整，确保机组安全、稳定、经济运行；熟练掌握电气设备的操作规程，执行日常点检任务，及时发现并处理设备异常，确保设备健康状态；监控电气设备的运行参数，如电压、电流、功率因数等，及时进行调整以保持最佳运行状态。 2、准确记录电气设备运行日志、操作记录、报表等，确保信息的完整性和准确性；定期进行设备巡检，记录设备缺陷，及时上报并制定维修计划，跟踪维修进度和结果；对运行数据进行统计和分析，为设备维护、检修和性能优化提供依据。 3、在机组进行大型检修时，配合检修人员完成检修任务，提供电气技术支持和操作指导；参与电气设备的调试和验收工作，确保设备性能满足设计要求；对电气设备进行预防性维护，减少故障发生率，提高设备可靠性和稳定性。 4、严格遵守安全生产规章制度，执行电气操作规程，确保人员和设备的安全；参与安全生产培训和演练，提高安全意识和应急处理能力；维护电气设备区域的整洁与秩序，推动文明生产，营造良好的工作环境。 5、足额完成领导交办的其他临时性任务，如参与设备改造、技术创新等工作；负责本岗位相关的6S清洁工作，保持工作环境的整洁和有序。

任职资格： 1、中专及以上学历，电气工程、自动化或相关专业毕业。 2、具有2年以上电厂电气运行工作经验，熟悉电厂电气设备的操作、维护和检修流程。 3、熟练掌握电气设备的操作规程和维修技能，能够处理常见的电气故障；了解电气系统的基本原理和构成，具备电气图纸阅读和分析能力；具备良好的分析问题和解决问题的能力，能够提出有效的改进措施。 4、对工作认真负责，有较强的责任心和团队合作精神；对自己的职业规划有清晰的认识，愿意在电力行业发展，不断提升自己的专业技能；具备良好的沟通能力和学习能力，能够迅速适应新的工作环境和任务要求。 5、身体健康，能够适应电厂工作环境和四班三倒轮班制度。 6、持有电工上岗证。
