1、中专及以上学历，电气工程、自动化或相关专业毕业。 2、具有2年以上造纸厂或相关行业的电气设备检修工作经验，熟悉造纸厂电气设备的结构和工作原理。 3、精通电气设备的维修和调试技术，能够独立完成电气设备的故障排除和维修工作。 4、熟悉电气安全规范和标准，能够确保检修过程中的安全。 5、具备一定的PLC编程和自动化控制系统调试能力。 6、持低压或者高压电工上岗证。 7、具有较强的责任心和敬业精神，能够适应高温、噪声工作环境。 8、具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神。 9、具备较强的学习能力和解决问题的能力，能够不断学习和掌握新技术、新方法，提高维修水平。
