1、中专及以上学历，电力、热能或相关专业毕业，熟悉电厂锅炉运行工作。 2、具备一定的电厂锅炉运行工作经验，熟悉锅炉设备的操作和维护；了解锅炉运行的基本原理和工艺流程，能够处理常见的运行故障。 3、对工作认真负责，有较强的责任心和团队合作精神。 4、对自己的职业规划有清晰的认识，愿意在电力行业发展。 5、具备良好的沟通能力和学习能力，能够迅速适应新的工作环境和任务要求。 6、能适应四班三倒的工时制度。 7、持G2司炉证。
